This is a frightening post Kathy. It’s even more frightening because so many are being kept in the dark about flight risks now. In the cases of pilots dying mid-flight, I guess that co-pilots have saved the day, for which I’m thankful. But I fear that it’s just a matter of time before we see a major airline disaster. I’ve read a few articles about how lax airline safety has become, what used to be the number one priority is now second to DEI (which I prefer to call DIE) hiring practices. Forget about hiring the best and brightest to achieve the highest quality service and safety standards…just be sure there’s a trans crew member on every flight! So we now have the combined factors of sick or jab injured crew members along with the poorly qualified. What’s happened to the airline industry may well end with deadly consequences.

I agree. One thing to remember... flying is still waaay safer than driving, and think how many people driving are having reactions and heart issues... I think the odds of dying in a plane crash are still like getting hit by a meteor?
