Biglow started out as a dream come true for the farmers and ranchers in northern Sherman County Oregon. We were excited and proud. Fifteen years later, as pieces fall off, I wonder what happened to our green power dream? Why wouldn’t anyone listen when we said “These towers are not being maintained. These towers are not running.”
I found this in my filing cabinet and had to laugh.

Replacement parts likely come from China.
Since we have sanctions against them, as a result we’d prefer to freeze to death than find a working solution. Thanks for writing and some sanity actually still coming out of Oregon. There are a few of us out there but clearly we are in the captured blue state minority.
